Fog & Fix Ltd. carries general liability insurance appropriate for small repairs and fabrication, with proof available on request. Please note that when you receive your booking confirmation, you agree that Fog & Fix Ltd. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects discovered during work, or failures caused by unrelated conditions. Liability is limited to the value of the contracted work, except where law requires otherwise. Additionally, all payment terms will be outlined in your agreement with us, and intellectual property rights related to the work shall remain with Fog & Fix Ltd.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their booking confirmation. Same-day cancellations may incur a service call fee. Fog & Fix Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to safety, weather, or emergencies.
