How Our Pricing Works

Applies to every service call. Covers travel, mobilization, and the first 30 minutes on site. If a repair is approved and completed the same day, the trip fee is credited toward your total - you're not charged twice. If you choose not to proceed after the assessment, the trip fee stands as the call-out charge. 

Labor is not billed by the hour. Instead, every task on your job is priced individually at fair market rate and listed clearly on your quote or invoice with a plain-language description - so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.

Before any work begins, you'll receive a breakdown of each task and its price. Nothing is added after the fact without your approval.

All work is done personally by Tjaart Labuscagne - qualified, insured, and no subcontracting without your consent.

Parts and materials are billed at supplier cost plus a 15% sourcing and handling fee. If the material cost exceeds $50, you'll receive an estimate before anything is purchased. Receipts are available on request. You're welcome to supply your own parts, though warranty coverage won't apply to work affected by client-supplied materials that prove defective.
